The Sylvan Homes Association, Inc.

The Sylvan subdivision originated in 1978 consisting of 53 lots. Because we are a small neighborhood, we like to think we have a lot to offer. The Homes Association tries to foster a sense of community through various events for its residents during the year. It allows an opportunity to get to know your fellow Sylvan neighbors other than right next door. We are also a voice to the City of Shawnee for any concerns there may be that affect The Sylvan.
